结合技术创新的不同阶段,从理论上剖析了顾客知识与企业技术创新的关系。构建了顾客知识类型与技术创新关系概念模型,通过访谈、问卷调查,系统研究了顾客知识对于技术创新的影响路径、机理,并通过因子分析和回归分析等统计方法实证检验了顾客知识与企业技术创新的关系模型和理论假设。
Knowledge and innovation are two magic weapon of the business to success.This research puts forward three types of customer knowledge:namely,customer demand knowledge,customer technical knowledge and customer service knowledge and provides framework of the impact of the three types of customer knowledge on firm technology innovation performance.According to this research framework,the research theoretically discusses the relations between three types of customer knowledge and the stages of innovation,development and commercialization,bring forward the theoretical assumptions.On the basis for further studyof deep understanding of the relationships between customer knowledge and technology innovation.
