目的探讨云南地方性暴发性心肌炎的临床特征.方法结合75例云南地方性暴发性心肌炎的临床表现、实验室检查资料进行回顾性分析.结果云南地方性暴发性心肌炎临床表现以呕吐、恶心、晕厥、抽搐、紫绀、发热多见;病理改变以间质性心肌炎为主,常伴有心肌酶增高、心电图QT间期延长、ST-T改变,易发生多形性室性心动过速、心室扑动、心室纤颤等恶性心律失常,病死率极高.结论云南地方性暴发性心肌炎是一种原因不明的地方性心脏病,临床表现复杂,缺乏特异性,有待进一步深入研究.
英文摘要：
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of regional fulminant myocarditis in yunnan. Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical manifestation and supplementary check - up dcctes in 75 cases of regional fulminant myocarditis in yunnan was conducted. Results The common clinical manifestations of the regional fulminant myocarditis in yunnan include vomiting, nausea, dizziness, convulsion, cyanosis, fever and so on. The predominantly pathological findings were interstitial myocarditis, CK -MB is also commonly elevated, Electrocardio -graplic almormalily showed QT prolonged, ST- T change and arrhythmias which included polymorphic ventricular tachycardia, ventricular flutter and ventricular fibrillation, the latterr frequemfly could lead to high mortality. Conclusion The regional fulminant myocarditis in yunnan is a regional heart disease of unknown cause, and it was with complex manifestation but not specific. Further research is needed to clarify this disease.
