英文摘要：

The paper based on researching the insider trading ＂mice storehouse＂ problem in the Chinese securities market, attempts to design a system based on genetic algorithm to automatically retrieve abnormal data of insider trading in securities, which can monitor illegal operations of the stock. The system combined the fast searching to exception handling module of the genetic algorithm, tracks and analyzes the real-time maket data of the stock with abnormal fluctuation, so as to find out abnormal data. Through the comparison and the judgment among these abnormal data, the software determines whether the stock have the illegal ＂rnice storehouse＂ trading, in order to provide basis for the securities regulatory department.
