为满足星-地量子通信中ATP跟瞄系统对二维位置敏感探测器(PSD)的精密性、实时性、可靠性的要求,基于Lab VIEW设计了PSD精度测量与误差修正系统。首先,采用驱动平台带动激光光源,通过扫描PSD光敏面,获得电压值并计算出光斑位置,分析非线性成因,采用多项式拟合法建立实际值与测量值间的数学模型,得到非线性修正函数。然后,结合光学三角测量对被测物体进行微位移和角度测量,并对测量结果进行误差修正。实验结果表明,经过修正后PSD位置误差显著减小,满足系统对PSD的需求,通过Lab VIEW软件编程提高了系统的测试效率。
In order to achieve high precision,real-time and good reliability of position sensitive detector(PSD) in ATP system of satellite-earth communication, measurement accuracy and error correction system of PSD were designed based on LabVIEW. Firstly, the laser light source was driven by a stepper motor. The voltage value was obtained and the spot position was calculated by scanning the PSD photosensitive surface, and the cause of nonlinear error was ana- lyzed. A mathematical model was built between the real value and the measured value by using binary quadratic poly- nomial method, and nonlinear correction function was gotten. Then, the micro displacement and angle of the target were measured by combining optical triangulation method, and the errors of the measurement results were correc- ted. Experimental results showed that, the measuring errors could be significantly reduced after the correction and meet the requirements of the system. The efficiency of the system can be improved greatly by using LabVIEW.
