采用溶胶凝胶法制备不同掺硼量的针铁矿和赤铁矿催化剂,并用X射线衍射图谱(XRD)、比表面积(BET法)、紫外可见漫反射光谱(DRS)及电荷零点(盐滴定法)对催化剂进行表征.结果表明:硼掺杂能改变催化剂的晶体结构,增大其比表面积和Lewis表面酸度,并能提高催化剂的紫外-可见光活性.在紫外光下,掺硼质量分数2%的赤铁矿对甲基橙的降解率最高,达到29.1%;在可见光下,掺硼质量分数为2%的针铁矿对甲基橙的降解率为17.3%,降解效果最好.
A sol-gel method was used to prepare different photocatalysts,boron-doped goethite and hematite,which were characterized by X-ray diffractometry(XRD),specific surface area(BET method),UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy(DRS) and zero point of charge(salt titration method).The results show that boron doping can change the crystal structure of the photocatalysts,enlarge their specific surface areas,increase their Lewis acid sites and improve their photocatalytic activity in both the UV and visible region.Overall,2% B-doped hematite exhibits good photodegradation ability showing a 29.1% degradation rate for methyl orange under UV light,while 2% B-doped goethite exhibits great photodegradation performance of about 17.3% under visible light.
