出于体积和成本考虑,三相逆变器中的三相电感和变压器普遍采用三磁柱结构。逆变器的三相之间因磁路产生耦合,使瞬态模型变得复杂。该文基于瞬时对称分量建立考虑磁路耦合的三相逆变器瞬态模型,提出考虑磁路耦合的分析方法,通过瞬时对称分量方程直接判断磁路耦合对三相逆变器稳定性的影响,并以带磁路耦合的三相组合式逆变器为例,详细讨论了该方法。推导过程及仿真、实验结果表明,所提出方法简洁方便,适合于具有磁路耦合的三相逆变器的稳定性判断。
In three-phase inverters, for cost and size, three-pole reactors and three-pole transformers are widely used. However, they cause magnetic couples between three phases, which make the dynamic analysis of inverters difficult. A judgment method for stability of three phase inverters with magnetic couples is proposed based on instantaneous symmetrical components. The method can be used to analyze the influence of magnetic couples on the stability of three-phase inverters directly by instantaneous symmetrical components. Take a three-phase full bridge inverter with magnetic couples for example, the judgment method is discussed, The analysis and experimental results show that this method is simple and suitable for stability judgment of three-phase inverters with magnetic couples.
