Recently there has been an increasing trend in the literature of corporate social capital. The concept and research dimensions should be fixed on in the research of corporate social capital from scratch. Based on the literature research, the related literature is reviewed about the concept and research dimensions. It is proposed that the concept based on resource is close to its essential, which is composed of internal and external parts.
