研究运用DEA方法对浙江省26家大型企业知识转移效率进行评价.结果表明:浙江省大型企业知识转移整体效率不高,仅有部分企业DEA有效.多数大型企业知识转移DEA无效是由于技术支撑、沟通渠道投入冗余和员工知识存量不足引起的,而多数DEA有效企业也存在着沟通渠道冗余和员工知识存量不足的问题。根据评价结果,提出企业在知识转移过程中,应有效利用技术支撑、沟通渠道,提高员工知识存量的产出水平
Tiffs research has applied the method of DEA to evaluate knowledge transfer efficiencies of 26 large-scale enterprises in Zhejiang Province. The results show that: the overall knowledge transfer efficiency of these enterprises is not good, only some of them are DEA efficient. The reasons for the DEA inefficiency of knowledge transfer m most large-scale enterprises include input redundancies of technical sustainment and communication channels, as well as output lacks of employees knowledge stock, and these two problems also exist in most DEA efficiency enterpises. According to the evaluation results, the enterprises should make effective use of technical sustainment and communication channels, improve the output level of employees knowledge stock in the process of knowledge transfer.
