He received M.E. degree in Communication and Information Engi- neering from National Digital Switching System Engineering ＆Technological R＆D Center （NDSC）, No.7 JianxueSt.,Wenhua Rd., Zhengzhou, Henan, China, in 2007,and received Ph.D. degree in 2010. He has been doing research in the areas of high performance routing and switching architectures and traffic load-balancing technologies.
