针对夏热冬冷地区冬季的典型气象条件下空气源热泵机组出现的“有霜不除”误除霜事故,本文进行了现场测试,揭示了机组在“温和、高湿”气象条件下的误除霜特性,并定量分析机组性能降低的程度.实验结果表明,在平均环境温度为4.1℃,相对湿度为75.4%的气象条件下,机组在12 h的运行中,一共除霜14次,每次除霜间隔为45 min,平均供热能力及平均供热效率分别为8.4 kW和61.8%.若除霜间隔为30 min,将会减少能耗15.4%,共61.8 MJ.
To investigate the mal-defrosting of air source heat pump (ASHP) under the typical condition of hotsummer and cold-winter region,a field test was conducted in this paper.The field test results show that when the average temperature and humidity of the environment are about 4.1 ℃ and 75.4%,the tested ASHP unit totally defrosts 14 times during 12h,and the defrosting interval is 45min.During the 12h of operation,the average heating capacity and heating efficiency are 8.4kW and 61.8%,respectively.Under this typical condition,if the defrosting interval is 30min,it will reduce the energy consumption by 15.4%,a total of 61.8 MJ.
