以对羟基苯甲酸甲酯为原料,通过硝化,还原,关环,甲基化合成2-(甲硫基)苯并[d]噁唑5-羧酸,过程的总收率为49.17%.利用红外光谱(FTIR)、核磁共振谱(^1HNMR)、质谱(HPLC—MS)和元素分析等分析手段对中间产物及目标化合物进行了表征.通过分子自组装膜法将其负载在金电极上,分别在四丁基六氟膦酸胺-乙腈电解液、磷酸盐缓冲水溶液中检测其电化学发光性能,结果表明,在水相中电致化学发光强度明显高于有机相.
In this paper, with methyl 4-hydroxybenzoate as raw material, 2-(methylthio)benzo [d]oxazole -5- carboxylic acid was synthesized by nitration , reduction, cyclization, methylation. The structures of the intermediates and 2-(methylthio)benzo [d]oxazole-5-carboxylic acid were characterized by FFIR, 1HNMR, HPLC-MS and element analysis. The product was loaded on the surface of gold elctrode by self-assembly, and the electrochemiluminesoence was measured in tetrabutylammonium hexafluorophosphate-acetonitrile electrolyte and phosphate buffer solution. The results reveal that electrochemiluminesoence intensity is higher in aqueous phase than it is in organic phase.
