库普坳陷为准噶尔盆地内部的次级构造单元,位于准噶尔盆地东缘,是一个近NW向展布的长条形坳陷,面积约3 700 km~2。库普坳陷南东缘两条区域性断裂所夹持的地段,地层倾角较小,新构造运动使得该地区自晚白垩世以来发育多个沉积间断,区内地形地貌条件对于层间氧化带、潜水氧化带的发育及铀成矿较有利。结合区内相关地质工作成果,分析了区域地质背景,并分别分析了区内构造、铀源、岩性岩相、水文地质等铀成矿条件。研究表明:(1)库普坳陷处于有利的大地构造位置,受到新构造活动的影响较强烈,具有良好的铀源、构造和有利的岩性岩相条件,地下水补—径—排体系完整,具有可地浸砂岩型铀成矿的基本条件;(2)中侏罗统西山窑组为区内可地浸砂岩型铀矿找矿的主攻目的层,在区域上以辫状河沉积为主,为可地浸砂岩型铀成矿的有利部位。在此基础上进一步分析,认为库普坳陷具有较好的潜水-层间氧化带型铀矿化的找矿前景,并初步预测了纸房、库布苏等2处成矿远景区。上述分析对于该区进一步开展可地浸砂岩型铀矿找矿工作有一定的借鉴价值。
Kupu depression is a secondary tectonic unit of Junggar basin,it is located in the eastern margin of Junggar basin and it is a rectangular-shaped basin stretching in NW-direction with an area of a- bout 3 700 km2. The dip angle of the two regional fracture clamping areas of the southeast margin of Kupu depression is small, many diastems are developed in the region since the neotectonic movement of the late Cretaceous, the landform conditions of the area is good to the development of interlayer oxidation zone and groundwater oxidation zone and uranium metallogenetic. Combing with some related geological working re- sults of the Kupu depression, the regional geological background is analyzed, and the uranium metallogen- ics conditions of the area is discussed from the aspects of structure, uranium source, lithology and lithofa- cies, hydrogeology. The study results show that:①Kupu depression is located in the favorable position, it is affected strongly by the neotectonic movement with the good conditions of uranium source and structure and favorable conditions of lithology and lithofacies, the recharge-runoff-discharge system is complete, it has the basic conditions of in-situ leachable sandstone-type uranium deposits;②Xishanyao formation of middle Jurassic series in the area is the main purpose layer of the prospecting of in-situ leachable sand- stone-type uranium deposits, the strata is mainly developed for braided river sedimentary, it is the favora- ble position of in-situ leachable sandstone-type uranium metallogenic. Based on the above analysis re- suits , the further analysis results show that the prospecting potential of diving- interlayer oxidation zone lype uranium mineralization of Kupu depression is good and Kubusu are predicted preliminarily. The above study prospecting work of the in-situ leachable sandstone-type , and the metallogenic prospect areas of Zhifang resuhs can provide some reference for the further uranium deposits in Kupu depression.
