为了对水电站新型水平底钢岔管的应用及优化设计提供理论和应用依据,首先结合工程实例对比分析了水平底钢岔管和月牙肋钢岔管,基于结构特性和水力特性进行可行性研究,然后再针对不同的分岔角、支锥管半锥顶角、管径比和肋宽比,分别进行了结构及水力特性影响因素的分析和研究,得到了不同特征参数对该种岔管结构及水力特性的影响规律,提出了该新型岔管在正常运行工况下的各项特征参数的建议值.研究结果表明:该新型岔管结构和水力特性均较好,具有较广阔的应用前景.
In order to provide optimal design theory and application basis for the application of a type of steel bifurcation with horizontal bottom ,some feasible researches were studied based on the struc‐tural and hydraulic characteristics .The bifurcation and the crescent‐rib reinforced bifurcation were compared combined with a practical project firstly .Then the influence factors of structural and hy‐draulic characteristics were analyzed respectively ,including the bifurcating angle ,hemipyramid apex angle of branch conical pipe ,discharge ratio and rib breadth ratio .T he proper value of each character‐istic parameter was recommended finally .The results indicate that this type of steel bifurcation not only can make gravity drainage possible ,but also has good structural and hydraulic characteristics , which shows application range is extended .
