为了给粘类小麦雄性不育系的利用提供理论依据,对偏、粘、易、二角型小麦雄性不育系及其杂种F1雌雄不育配子的传递进行了研究。结果表明,雌雄不育配子传递率均低于50%,粘、易、偏型不育系F2代供试群体全部可育,并且正反交不育配子通过雄配子的传递率都为0,初步认为符合配子体不育的特点;二角型不育系正反交雌雄不育配子传递率也都低于50%,但不育雄配子传递率要高于雌配子传递率,并且正反交都有不育株出现。所以二角型不育系是配子体不育还是孢子体不育尚有待进一步研究。
Analysis on the manner of gametes transmission of male sterile wheat lines with Ae. kotschyi, Ae. variabilis, Ae. ventricosa and Ae. bicornis cytoplasm and their F1 showed that the transmission rate of male and female infertility gamete were less than 50%. F2 of male sterile wheat lines with Ae. kotschyi, Ae. variabilis, Ae. ventricosa were all male fertile and the transmission rate of male gametes was all zero. Based on the results, the male sterile wheat lines have a characteristic of gametophyte sterility. While the transmission rate of male gametes of male sterile line with Ae. bicornis cytoplasm was higher than that of its female gametes and there was definitely male sterility in direct and inverse tested progeny. So, it is necessary to study whether the sterility of male sterile lines with Ae. bicornis cytoplasm is gametophyte or sporophyte.
