The patient should be taken as the center, to enhance the quality of life, relieve pain, smooth dying process for the purposes of advanced tumor in the systerm. It is key to understand diseases and by physical and psychological load diseases caused from patient＇s of view. And the medical intervention effect are measured by patients experience, not improvement of laboratory data. It is beyond the boundaries of Chinese and Western medicine. Symptoms of the patient＇s body including physical symptoms that patient~ routine tes- ting of liver and kidney function, ion detection data is abnormal. Symptoms rating scale is selected according to the symptoms frequency and impact of body. An element containing a number of symptoms reflecting one as- pect of the body function as simple as possible.
