综述了在碳纤维表面涂覆陶瓷涂层的方法,分析了各种涂层方法的优缺点,讨论了用化学气相沉积、溶胶一凝胶、液相浸渍、电泳沉积和电解沉积等技术获得氧化物、碳化物、氮化物、碳氮化物及碳氧化物陶瓷涂层的状况,并指出了单一陶瓷涂层存在的问题及可能的解决途径。
In this paper the methods for preparing ceramic coatings on the surface of the carbon fibers are summarized, and the advantages and disadvantages of these methods are analyzed. The states of the ceramic coatings of oxide, carbide and nitride obtained by chemical vapor deposition, sol-gel method, liquid phase impregnation, electrophoretic and electrolytic deposition are discussed. The existing problems related to a single ceramic coating are pointed out, and the possible approaches to resolve them are also put forward.
