基于正交数值试验的精馏过程参数的优化

精馏是1种重要的高成本的工业单元操作,其操作费用及设备投资费用主要和进料位置、回流比及塔板数有关。然而,过程参数对精馏操作费用和设备投资费用的影响是复杂的,且参数之间有着强耦合关系。因此本文结合丙二醇脱水塔过程参数的优化实例,引入正交试验设计思想,基于Aspen Plus的模拟结果,确定精馏过程的年度化总费用,通过正交数值试验,实现参数优化,并验证了以上方法的可行性和有效性。结果表明,依据基于正交数值试验得到的精馏过程最优参数进行设计,即第6块板进料,回流比为1,塔板数为9,可使丙二醇脱水塔年度化总费用比现行工程实际年度化总费用降低0.35%,从而弥补了依次进行单参数优化方法中的缺陷,达到了节能降耗的目的。

Distillation is an important highly-cost industrial operating unit. Feed location, reflux ratio, and plate number are the three main parameters which affect operating cost and equipment cost. However, there is a complex impact that the process parameters have on both operating cost and equipment cost. In other words, there is a strong coupling relation between the parameters. Therefore, in this paper, based on an actual example, optimization of process parameters is achieved through orthogonal numerical experiment with the results of Aspen Plus model and the validity and advantages of the proposed approach is discussed. As is demonstrated in the results, based on the optimized parameters that the feed location is on the 6th tray and the best reflux ratio and plate number is considered to be 1 and 9 respectively, the total annual expense is decreased by 0.35%. In this case, the disadvantages of the single parameter optimization can be avoided and the aim of saving energy and cost can be fulfilled.
