针对闸坝冲沙闸闸墩尺寸大,混凝土强度等级高,底部约束作用强等特点,以温控为目的,开展闸墩混凝土结构施工期温度和应力的计算机仿真研究。以某闸坝工程为例,对冲沙闸闸墩结构进行三维有限元模拟,采用不稳定温度场和应力场的有限单元法进行仿真计算,并对其施工全过程的温度及应力变化规律与分布特点进行分析。结果表明:在底板强约束作用下,冲沙闸闸墩混凝土施工期在距离厚底板一定范围内产生了较大的拉应力,易引起结构开裂,建议在施工期采取相应的温控防裂措施。
In view of the characteristics of scouring sluice pier of gate dam which has big size, high grate concrete, strong constraint at bottom, and so on, takes the temperature control as its target, and develops the simulation of temperature and stress of pier concrete structure during construction.Based on a gate dam, the 3D-FEM of unstable temperature field and stress field is used to carry out the numerical calculation of concrete structure of the souring sluice pier during construction period,and then,the variation and distribution features of temperature and stress are ana- lyzed on the whole construction process.The results show that due to the strong constraint at bottom, the big tensile stress distributes the zones near mass concrete floor during construction, which leads to the cracks of pier structure, so, the corresponding measures of temperature control and crack prevention should be adopt.
