在丙烯腈(AN)与丙烯酸甲酯(MA)的水相沉淀聚合过程中添加质量分数为5%~30%的碳酸乙烯酯(EC),合成含有EC的丙烯腈基共聚物.采用傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、热重分析(DTG)和X射线衍射分析(XRD)等方法对聚合产物进行了分析.结果表明,EC几乎不参与两单体的自由基聚合,而仅作为一种独立成分存在于丙烯腈基聚合物的分子链中;随着EC含量的增加,共聚物的分解温度先升高后降低,而聚合物的熔融温度逐渐降低;聚合物的结晶度也随着EC含量的增加而呈现出降低的趋势.
Acrylonitrile (AN) / methyl acrylate (MA) copolymers containing 5%- 30 % of ethylene carbonate ( EC ) are synthesized by incorporating EC into the redox co-polymerization system. The properties of the copolymers are characterizd by using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), differential scanning calorimetry ( DSC ), derivative thermogravimetry (DTG) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) etc. The results show that, EC does not react with the other two co-monomers. With the increasing of the content of EC, the decomposition temperature of the polymers rises firstly and then drops, however, both the melting point and the crystallinity of the co- polymers containing EC go down.
