建立了基于LabVIEW的电机振动数据分析平台.该平台主要由频谱分析模块和时频分析模块两部分构成.通过频谱分析模块实现幅度谱、功率谱分析以及频率峰值计算;而时频分析模块可用来进行时间与频率联合分布强度的分析.将两组交流电机调速系统振动测试数据应用于该分析平台,测试结果表明:所建立的振动数据分析平台能够方便、有效地对振动测试数据进行频谱分析与图形显示,对测试数据中的干扰信号具有一定的处理功能,具有仪器化的人机界面,操作简单方便.
The establishing process of vibration data analysis platform is described for AC motor speed control system based on LabVIEW.This platform consists of frequency spectral analysis and time-freq spectral analysis modules to calculate amplitude spectrum,power spectrum and peak value and analyze the joint distribution of time and frequency.Two groups of vibration test data of the AC motor speed control system were applied to this platform.The test results show that the platform can realize vibration data analysis and graphic display expediently and efficaciously with some disturbance signal processing functions.Due to the apparatus of interface,its operation is simple and convenient.
