文章首先在消费优化的R＆D模型和边干边学模型框架的基础上考虑将技术扩散内生化,并将其引进到内生增长模型以研究技术扩散与经济增长的动态关系。然后,基于2002—2011年的中国宏观数据,考察技术扩散对经济增长的影响。研究发现,发达地区的技术扩散同时促进发达地区和落后地区的经济增长,而落后地区的技术扩散不能促进发达地区的经济增长。此外,也验证了技术扩散具有正的外部性。因此,经济发达地区要更加注重区域合作,为提振落后地区经济创造有利条件,并为区域制定科技政策提供依据。

英文摘要：

Considering the interdependence between various economic variables on the basis of consumption optimization framework for R＆D model and the model of learning by doing , the variable of technology diffusion is introduced into the model as an endogenous variable in this paper .The empirical analysis based on China＇s Macro dat a from 2002 to June 2011 shows the influence of technology diffusion on economic growth .The empirical research finds that the technology diffu-sion in developed areas can promote the economic growth in both developed and backward regions , while the technology dif-fusion in backward areas cannot promote the economic growth in developed regions .Meanwhile this article has verified that technology diffusion is provided with a positive externality .Therefore, developed economic regions should pay more atten-tion to the regional cooperation , to create favorable conditions for boosting backward regions ’ economics , and to provide the basis for regional science and technology policies .
