小儿轮状病毒肠炎患者红细胞免疫及血清炎性因子水平变化研究

目的探讨小儿轮状病毒肠炎患者红细胞免疫及血清炎性因子水平变化情况。方法选取2012年12月-2014年3月于本院进行诊治的60例轮状病毒肠炎患儿为观察组,同期60例健康儿童为对照组,将两组红细胞免疫及血清炎性因子水平进行检测并比较,同时比较观察组中无脱水、轻度、中度及重度脱水患者的检测水平。结果观察组红细胞免疫指标FEER、ERPN及RBC-C3bR水平均低于对照组,而FEIR及RBC-ICR水平则高于对照组;血清炎性因子水平均高于对照组;且观察组中无脱水、轻度、中度及重度脱水患儿的红细胞免疫指标和血清炎性因子检测水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论小儿轮状病毒肠炎患者红细胞免疫及血清炎性因子水平变化较大,并且脱水越严重的患者其波动越大。

英文摘要:

Objective To observe and investigate the change situation of erythrocyte immune and serum inflammatory factors of children with rotavirus enteritis.Methods 60 children with rotavirus enteritis in our hospital from December 2012 to March 2014 were selected as observation group,60 healthy persons at the same time were the control group,then the erythrocyte immune and serum inflammatory factors of two groups were detected and compared.The detection levels of children in observation group without dehydration and with mild,moderate and severe dehydration were compared.Results The erythrocyte immune indexes of observation group were all worse than those of control group,serum inflammatory factors were all higher than those of control group,and the detection levels of children in observation group without dehydration and with mild,moderate and severe dehydration had obvious differences too,there were all significant differences(P〈0.05).Conclusion The change of erythrocyte immune and serum inflammatory factors of children with rotavirus enteritis are significant,and the fluctuation of children with serious dehydration are greater than those of children with lighter dehydration.
