数据传输接口速率是高速数据采集系统的发展瓶颈,为了提高数据采集系统的接口传输速率,设计了基于USB2.0接口传输数据采集系统。介绍了数据采集系统的结构、接口电路设计、固件和上位机程序等关键技术,详细论证了接口传输方式采用SlaveFIFO模式自动传输数据,给出了USB2.0固件程序设计和上位机相关的部分USB接口程序设计,提供了本系统采集数据波形并对存在问题进行分析,提出传输采集数据需要加入数据标记头能有效进行数据传输和控制。实验结果表明,实现了数据采集系统USB2.0接口传输速度达到30Mb/s。
Data transmission interface speed is the bottleneck of the development of high-speed data acquisition system. In order to improve the interface transmission rate of data acquisition system, data acquisition system based on USB2. 0 interface transmission is designed. The structure and circuit design and fireware program and main program of the data acquisition system interface are introduced. And the slave FIFO mode transfer data is introduced in detailed. The program design of USB fireware program and main program are provided. The high speed data acquisition geography radar system sampling wave and analyzing problem based USB2.0 interface are proposed. And the sampling data should add the data head, which can invalid transfer data and control. The experimental results show that the data collection system USB2.0 interface transmission speed is 30MB/s.
