结合实验热磨机轴系结构及受力状况,利用ANSYS软件建立了分析模型,对轴系进行了力学特性与振动模态分析,得出了轴系所受最大应力和变形量以及轴系运转过程中的固有频率与临界转速,检验验证了实验热磨机轴系结构的合理性、刚度的可靠性及运行的稳定性,为实验热磨机的结构设计与优化及其性能分析提供了理论依据。
According to the shafting structure and stress condition of experiment refiner, the shafting model was established by using the ANSYS software; through the mechanical properties analysis and vibration modal analysis of shafting, obtained the maximum stress and deformation, the natural frequency in the operation process and the critical speed of shafting; test and verify the structure rationality, stiffness reliability and operational stability of the shafting of defibrator, provide a theoretical basis for structure design, structure optimization and performance analysis of experiment refiner.
