随着华法林在临床上的广泛使用,个体间剂量差异问题日益突出,制订个体化给药方案已成为国际上研究的热点。不少研究显示基因多态性影响华法林的给药剂量,剂量预测模型有利于实现个体化治疗。本文就近年来华法林的相关研究进行综述,总结影响华法林剂量的相关基因多态性,指出了华法林剂量预测模型研究的主要进展,在此基础上,对剂量预测模型的研究前景进行展望。

With the widespread using of Warfarin in clinic, individual differences among dose has become predominent. Developing individualized dosing regimen has become an international research focus. Many studies have shown that gene polymorphisms affect Warfarin dose, and dosing algorithms is helpful to realize individualized medication. This article reviews the researches about Warfarin in recent years. It summarizes Warfarin dose-related gene polymor- phisms and points out the major progress in Warfarin dosing algorithms. On this basis, the research prospect of War- farin dosing algorithms are discussed.
