稀土元素能够促进植物的生长发育,但其作用机制还不清楚。本文以珊瑚轮藻的节间细胞为实验材料,从单细胞水平研究了10μmol.L^-1LaCl3处理对Mg,Ca,Mn,Fe,Cu,Zn和Mo 7种植物必需矿质元素在轮藻细胞壁和细胞内容物中浓度的影响。结果发现,La3+能够促进Ca,Mn,Zn和Fe的跨膜运输,而对其他3种矿质元素在细胞内的浓度没有显著影响。La3+处理还显著增加了细胞壁中Zn和Mn的水平,但降低了Ca和Mg的水平。其机制可能与La3+和Ca2+在细胞膜外的相互作用有关。
Rare earth elements had positive effects on the growth and development of plants, but the mechanism was still unknown. In the present study, the internodal cells of Chara corallina was used as a model system. And the effects of 10 μmol.L^-1LaCl3 treatment on concentrations of 7 mineral nutrients including Mg, Ca, Mn, Fe, Cu, Zn, and Mo in cell wall and cell content fractions of Chara were studied. The resuits indicated that La3+ enhanced across membrane transport of Ca, Mn, Zn, and Fe, but had little effect on the other 3 elements. The La3+ treatment increased levels of Zn and Mn in the cell wall fraction but decreased levels of Ca and Mg. The mechanism was possibly related with the interaction of La3+ and Ca2+ in the apoplast. The results of this study would be helpful to understand the mechanism of physiological effects of rare earth elements.
