研究了煅烧法将黑钨矿与碳酸钙人工合成为白钨的工艺,系统考察了碳酸钙加入量、煅烧温度和煅烧时间对黑钨矿合成为白钨的影响。实验结果表明,在碳酸钙用量为理论量的1.6倍,煅烧温度为800℃,煅烧时间为2h的条件下,黑钨矿能够完全合成为白钨。
The process was studied of scheelite synthesis by calcination of wolframite and calcium carbon- ate,and the effects were systematically investigated of calcium carbonate dosage, calcining temperature and calcining time on seheelite synthesis from wolframite. When calcium carbonate dosage is 1.6 times the the- oretical amount,calcining temperature is 800 ℃ and calcining time is 2 h, wolframite can be completely synthesized into scheelite.
