目的 探讨大豆胰蛋白酶抑制剂（Soybean trypsin inhibitor,SBTI）对人宫颈癌细胞（hela）体外增殖的影响。方法 选用hela细胞进行体外培养,采用四甲基偶氮唑蓝（MTT）比色法检测SBTI对细胞增殖的影响。结果 在药物浓度为0.50-10.00 g/L浓度时,随着药物浓度的增加,随着作用时间的增加,SBTI对细胞增殖的抑制率明显增强;在光镜下可以看到细胞凋亡的特征形态。结论 SBTI对hela细胞的增殖有明显的抑制作用,呈现量效,时效关系。
英文摘要：
Objective To study the influence of soybean trypsin inhibitor （Trypsin inhibitor. SBTI） on the human hela cells＇ （Ishikawa） proliferation in vitro. Methods Hela cells were cultured in vitro and effects of SBTI on cell proliferation were measured by using methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium （MTT） assay. Results For 0.20 - 1.00 g/L SBTI concentration, with the increasing concentration of the drug and with the duration of the same concentration, the inhibition to cell proliferation was significantly strengthened. The characteristics of the apoptosis can be observed under the light microscope. Conclusions SBTI markedly inhibited hela cells＇proliferation on dose- effect and time- effect relationship.
