通过深度访谈,应用扎根理论剖析影响区域生态风险防范公众参与模式的深层次因素,并探究针对性的管制政策。结果发现,公众生态意识、生态行为成本、生态参与平台和社会参照氛围这4个主范畴对公众参与模式存在显著影响。进一步研究主范畴逻辑内涵和关键因子,探析其对公众参与区域生态风险防范的作用方向与影响因素,构建了公众参与区域生态风险防范的作用机制模式,即＂意识-行为＂整合模型。最终基于整合模型脉络结构,为政府制定干预路径提供有针对性的政策思路。
英文摘要：
The paper uses the grounded theory to explore the factors which have impacts on public participation in regional ecological risk prevention. The results showed that the public ecological awareness, ecological behavior cost, ecological platforms and social reference atmosphere have remarkable influence on the public participation mode. After analyzing the logical connotation and the key factor of such four major categories, the author also constructes the public participation mechanism model of regional ecological risk prevention. The consciousness-behavior Integrated model is conducive to pro- vide the control path of policy ideas and experience for the govermnent.
