采用超高效液相色谱考察瓜环Q[5]、Q[6]、Q[8]及混合瓜环Q[n]对卷烟主流烟气中挥发性酚类化合物的吸附截留作用。结果表明:Q[8]及Q[n]对酚类具有显著截留作用,在用量为20 mg时,对总酚的吸附率分别达到26.4%和44.5%;瓜环对主流烟气中单酚的吸附效率高于双酚,对o-甲酚的吸附效果最佳。
The interception function of phenolic compounds made by cucurbit [n=5,6,8] urils and mixed cucurbit [n] urils with ultra performance liquid chromatography(UPLC) had been investigated in the current work.The results showed that the interception effect by cucurbit uril and cucurbit [n] urils was evident.When the dosage was up to 20 mg,cucurbit [8] urils and cucurbit [n] urils could decrease the content of phenolic compounds by 26.4% and 44.5%,respectively.Adsorption efficiency of single phenol was higher than that of double phenol in mainstream cigarette by cucurbit [n] urils,and the adsorption role of o-cresol was the best.
