In this paper, a new approach is introduced to measure the diffraction maximums of the simulated crystal in microwave Bragg diffraction experiment. Based on this approach, we could measure the data by using microwave spectroscope automatic test system and analyze it with graphics software, and we could obtain the diffraction maximums of several faces in simple cubic simulated crystal at the same time.
