英文摘要：

According to the run-off and precipitation data of the hydrological station and weather station in 1960—2005,which represents the data of the downstream of the Tumen Drainage Basin.Analysised the annual change and variation in year of the Hunchun Drainage Basin,and then took the change of the run-off of the precipitation in decade、flood season and non-flood season as research object,analysised the response relationship.The results indicated：1） the annual change of the precipitation was small and steady;the annual distribution was mainly in the May~September and took the 80.4% of total precipitation;the precipitation in flood season of the Hunchun Station was decreasing,howerver the precipitation in the non-flood season was increasing.2） During the lastest 50 years,the variation of run-off and the precipitation in Hun-chun Drainage Basin had greate similarity and the correlation coefficient was 0.76.
