为探索员工不安全行为意向和煤矿火灾险兆事件的关系,引入中介变量不安全行为对二者作用关系进行分析。构建了煤矿火灾险兆事件作用机制中介效应模型,设计量表。利用SPSS22.0软件对量表进行信效度检验,利用AMOS7.0软件对模型按照中介效应检验步骤进行实证分析。结果表明,员工不安全行为在不安全行为意向和煤矿火灾险兆事件之间起着完全中介作用;员工不安全行为意向与员工不安全行为有显著正向关系,员工不安全行为与煤矿火灾险兆事件有显著正向关系。煤矿安全管理应从员工不安全行为意向这一根源入手,降低不安全行为发生频次,从而遏制煤矿火灾事故发生。
To explore the relationship of employees' unsafe behavioral intention and coal mine fire near miss,unsafe behavior was introduced as an intermediate variable.Coal mine fire near miss action mechanism intermediary effect model was constructed,and the scale was designed.Reliability and validity of the scale were tested by SPSS22.0.Empirical analysis of the model was done in accordance with the mediation effect inspection steps through AMOS7.0.Results showed that the employees' unsafe behavior played an intermediary role completely between unsafe behavioral intention and coal mine fire near miss.Employees' unsafe behavioral intention had a significant positive relationship with employees' unsafe behavior and coal mine fire near miss.Coal mine safety management should be taken action from the root cause of employees' unsafe behavioral intention,reducing unsafe behavioral occurrence frequency,to curb coal mine fire accidents.
