分别采用粉末冶金法和内氧化法制备了AgSnO2(12)电接触材料,研究了制备工艺对AgSnO2电接触材料微观组织、物理性能、加工性能和抗电弧侵蚀性能的影响。结果表明,内氧化法制备的AgSnO2电接触材料组织致密、SnO2颗粒在Ag基体内分布均匀,其显微硬度(Hv0.2)为109,抗拉强度为254 MPa,断后伸长率为18%。与粉末冶金法相比,内氧化法制得的AgSnO2电接触材料具有更好的加工性能和抗电弧侵蚀性能。
AgSnO2(12) electrical contact materials have been fabricated by two different preparation technologies,viz.,powder metallurgy and internal oxidation.The influence of preparation technology on microstructure,physical property,processing property and anti-arc erosion performance was investigated in the present paper.The results show that AgSnO2 electrical contact material prepared by the internal oxidation has compact structure.SnO2 particles are distributed uniformly in the Ag matrix.The microhardness(Hv(0.2)),tensile strength and elongation are 109,254 MPa and 18%,respectively.Compared with the powder metallurgy method,the internal oxidation endows the AgSnO2 electrical contact material with better processing property and anti-arc erosion performance.
