Based on the investigation data of peasant households in Shaanxi province,this paper uses the multinomial Logit model to estimate the probabilities of different job-choices.And it analyzes the effects of shadow wage rate and other factors such as human capital,employment cost,and income disparity on the migration and non-agricultural employment of peasants,and then discusses the influences of the development of rural labor market and rural community environment,the characteristics of agricultural household,the accumulation of individual human capital on the effective allocation of labor factors.Finally,it provides some suggestions.
