在基于CAD(如Pro/E)系统卫星舱布局优化设计过程中需解决快速干涉计算问题。常用的干涉计算方法为八叉树法,但是在Pro/E系统中的数据结构为未知(商家保密),当被检测的复杂物体无法用常规数学模型描述时,则无法直接应用八叉树干涉算法。为此利用Pro/E全参数化的特点和所提供的二次开发接口,给出了基于Pro/E实体模型的八叉树结构模型生成的方法,以便在该系统下使用八叉树法实现不同给定精度下的快速干涉计算。经算例验证表明,该方法达到了预期模板,为基于CAD系统的卫星舱布局优化设计提供了有力的技术支持。
Problems of fast interference computing need to be solved during Optimal design of satellite cabin layout based on CAD systems (e. g. Pro/E). Octonary tree search is one of the common methods for these problems. Due to the internal data structure of Pro/E is unknown (technical secret), it can't adopt octonary tree seach method directly when the complex detected objects can't be described by traditional mathematical models. In this paper, we present a modelling method of octonary tree architecture based on physical model in Pro/E by virtue of its complete parameteriza- tion characteristics and provided secondary development interface. The presented method can realize fast interference computing under different given precision in Pro/E system. Example shows that this method can obtain expected result. As well as it provides strongly technical support for optimal design of satellite cabin layout based on CAD system.
