在已有的构建代谢网络方法的基础上,提出了构造代谢网络的改进方法.以鱼腥藻作为实例,利用麟数据库中生物体的生化反应、酶、基因数据重构出鱼腥藻的初步代谢网络,并对初步代谢网络进行了修正,讨论了该网络的拓扑结构性质.
A new method was proposed to reconstruct metabolic networks on the basis of the existing method. As an illustration example, the method was used to build the metabolic network for a species of anabaena. By use of the data of organism's biochemical reaction, enzyme and gene in the Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) database, the preliminary metabolic network for the anabaena was reconstructed. The structural behaviors such as degree distribution, hierar chy,and community were discussed.
