To meet the requirements of the Application Service Provider （ASP）-based manufacturing resources management and decision-making, a fuzzy-association-rules-oriented mining model was proposed. According to the characteristics of the ASP-based data, a new data preprocessing method was put forward, and a virtual data warehouse based on ASP manufacturing resources was constructed. To deal with the fuzzy association rules mining on ASP data warehouse, a novel Genetic Algorithm （GA）-based mining method was introduced. Finally, a case was employed to demonstrate the applicability of fuzzy association rules mining in ASP-based manufacturing resources management.
