γ型硅酸二钙(γ-C2S)具有水化活性低,是水泥生产中有意避免生成的熟料矿物,但其具有较高的碳化活性。而这一特性长期未得到足够的重视与研究。利用其碳化反应活性高、碳化反应密实化的特点,将其应用于发展新型快硬高强碳化材料、混凝土抗蚀改性材料等,有望开辟一条胶凝材料开发和改性新途径。介绍了γ-C2S的碳化反应活性及其应用研究进展,展望了其未来在低碳材料等领域中的应用前景。
γ-dicalcium silicate (γ-C2S) has a low hydraulic reactivity, which is not wished to be generated cement clinkers. However, studies on γ-C2S with a relatively high carbonation reactivity have not been carded out. γ-C2S can be applied to develop novel rapid-hardening high-strength material and concrete durability-improving agent due to the advantages of high carbonation reactivity and densification property. This could obtain an effective approach of developing and modifying cement and concrete. Recent development on the basic carbonation reactivity of γ-C2S was reviewed, and the future of γ-C2S applied in low-carbon materials was also discussed.
