英文摘要：

Based on the environmental Kuznets curve（EKC）model and decomposition model,the dynamic relation and driving factors are analyzed between industrial wastewater discharge and economic growth from 1996 to 2014in Xuzhou,Jiangsu Province.The results show that the discharge amount of industrial wastewater in Xuzhou have decreased in waves since 1996.The amount and density of emission turn out to be a decoupling relation and have an obvious feature of resource intensive.As a matter of tendency,the industrial wastewater and economic growth has a close relation connected with form ∪ and ∩.Besides,the scale effect plays a promoting role during the industrial wastewater discharge,while technical effect has held up the emission,but in structure,the effect is not confirmed,and it has an obvious promoting function generally.
