针对某汽车用铝合金连杆,在传统模锻制坯工艺的基础上,提出了楔横轧制坯的毛坯计算方法:首先确定计算截面位于毛坯的杆部还是头部,然后根据杆部、头部的位置不同给出该截面的计算直径和确定其长度的方法;进而分析了楔横轧制坯时坯料形状的优化评价指标;并对具体的铝合金连杆进行了有限元模拟。结果表明:采用楔横轧制坯,不仅加工工艺简单,飞边仅占原工件体积的16%,而且合适的坯料形状可使终锻件的变形均匀性目标函数、变形力以及最大损伤值等优化指标达到最小,验证了本文提出的楔横轧制坯方法的正确性。
With an automobile aluminum alloy connecting rod,based on traditional forging,the blank calculation method of cross wedge rolling was put forward.As to one section,its position should first determined in shank part or head part,then the calculation method of diameter and length of this section was given.Next,the optimization evaluation of blank shape was discussed.Finally,the finite element simulation process of aluminum alloy connecting rod was carried out.The results show that using cross wedge rolling to make the aluminum alloy connecting rod not only could make technology simple,but also the fin only occupied 16% volume of the connecting rod,the reasonable shape of blank could make the deformation uniform objective value,deformgation force and damage value reach the minimum.All these confirm that it is right to use cross wedge rolling for optimizing blank.
