Taking Yanchi County in Ningxia as an example,this paper. It gave a descriptive evaluation of the ecological benefit , economic benefit and social benefit of SLCAP mainly from the peasants＇ s eyes. The conclusion is that the SLCAP has curbed the entironment to deteriorate, cultivated the follow-up industry and brought certain contribution to householdsr income. In addition , the SLCAP has also promoted peasants to increase the environmental consciousness and put forward Ecological construction and the proposal of improving households＇ livelihood and developing of follow-up industry.
