采用Nd:YAG连续激光器对隔离片表面进行加工,利用多功能摩擦试验机测试了不同激光纹理加工后的隔离片与纸基摩擦片间的摩擦因数随滑动速度的变化关系,比较了激光纹理深度、直径以及分布等参数的影响,找出了摩擦特性较好的激光加工纹理。
Steel separator plate surfaces were treated with a Nd:YAG laser, and then tested on a Falex friction test machine to measure their friction versus sliding speed curves when rubbing against a paper--based friction plate. The effects of the depth, diameter and distribution patterns of the laser dimples were investigated,and the best laser texture among the 21 different patterns has been found.
