基于铝酸盐和硅酸盐的LED荧光粉研究已经非常成熟,而铝硅酸盐荧光粉同时具有铝酸盐和硅酸盐的优点,目前还处于研究阶段.综述了国内外近几年来铝硅酸盐基白光LED荧光粉的研究与进展,重点介绍了铝硅酸盐三基色荧光粉和单一基质白光荧光粉两个方面.在三基色荧光粉中,铝硅酸盐蓝色、绿色荧光粉的研究比较成熟,红色荧光粉的研究相对比较薄弱;在单一基质白光荧光粉中,NaAlSiO4:Ce^3+,Mn^2+和BaMgA10O17:Eu^2+,Mn^2+性能较优.最后指出铝硅酸盐荧光粉的研究方向.
The studies of aluminate and silicate phosphors for LED were already rather practiced. However, aluminosilicate phosphors holding simultaneously these advantages with aluminate and silicate are studying presently. The recent research and development of aluminosilicate phosphors for white LED were summarized at home and abroad. The two parts of trichromatic and single-matrix white light aluminosilicate phosphors were recommended emphatically. The studies of blue and green aluminosilicate phosphors are very experienced but that of red phosphors is weaker in the three primary color phosphors. However, the properties of NaAlSiO4 : Ce^3+ , Mn^2+ and BaMgA10O17 : Eu^2+ , Mn^2+ phosphors are more superior in single-matrix white light phosphors. Finally, the future study orientation of aluminosilicate phosphor is pointed out.
