采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究了聚乳酸(PLA)在温度区间为40—180℃的连续质量定压热容(比热容)值;采用瞬态平面热源技术(TPS)研究了不同注塑工艺条件下聚乳酸的热导率和热扩散率。研究表明:聚乳酸的比热容会随温度的变化发生改变,造成其固液相比热容的不同;聚乳酸的热导率受注塑工艺条件的影响较小,在设定的范围内可以忽略其对热导率的影响;而热扩散率受注塑压力的影响较大,这与聚乳酸的相形态结构有关。
The specific heat capacity of poly(lactic acid) (PLA) was measured from 40℃ to 180℃ obtained by DSC ; The thermal conductivity and diffusivity of PLA in different injection processes were investi- gated using TPS. It was found that the specific heat capacity of PLA would change with the temperature which leads to the difference of the solid liquid phase of specific heat capacity. The injection technology had little effect on the thermal conductivity and could be ignored while injection pressure had influence on the thermal diffusivity. It was concerned with the phase structure of PLA.
