无机粉末电致发光材料的研究进展

无机粉末电致发光材料包括硫化物系和金属氧化物系。主要从引入杂质缺陷和结构缺陷的角度阐述了国内外无机粉末电致发光材料在制备、性能及应用的最新研究进展情况，介绍了电致发光材料与超材料和纳米激光领域的结合进展。结合当前纳米材料科学的发展状况，展望了无机粉末电致发光材料的应用前景和发展趋势。

英文摘要：

Inorganic powder EL materials include sulfide group and metal oxide group. From the angle of importing impurity defects and structure defects, this article basically reviews the newly research and development of the preparations, performances and applications of inorganic powder EL materials at home and abroad, and introduces the combination of EL materials and metamaterials, nano-laser field, and their development. Integrating the current progress of nanomaterial and science, this article prospects the application foreground and development trend of inorganic powder EL materials.
