目的 观察隔药饼灸与艾条灸对免疫抑制兔免疫球蛋白浓度变化的影响,并对其作用机理进行分析。方法将大耳白兔分为空白组、免疫抑制模型组、隔药饼灸组、艾灸组4组,每组10只,共40只。除空白组外,其余3组腹腔注射环磷酰胺(Cy)60 mg/kg,连续7 d,造成免疫抑制模型,每天上午注射,造完模2 d后,2个治疗组分别进行隔药饼灸和艾条灸,隔日灸,共灸10次。10次结束第2天动物麻醉后进行腹腔静脉取血,观察IgG、IgM和补体C3、C4含量的变化。结果 与空白组相比,模型组中IgG、IgM、C3均明显降低,差异均具有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。治疗后,隔药饼灸组中IgG浓度变化最为显著,与空白组、模型组比较差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.01);IgM、C3浓度变化与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);艾灸组中IgG、IgM、C3浓度变化与模型组比较差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.01),C3含量与空白组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论 不同灸法对环磷酰胺所致的免疫功能低下状态的免疫蛋白浓度均具有明显的提升作用,隔药饼灸效果优于艾条灸,表明了六味地黄汤药物与艾灸的协同作用。
Objective To observe influence of herbal cake-separated moxibustion and moxibustion on the immunoglobulin levels in immunosuppressive rabbits, and discuss the related mechanism. Methods A total of 40 rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups: blank group, model group, herbal cake-separated moxibustion group and moxibustion group with 10 rabbits in each group. An immunosuppressive animal model induced by cyclophosphamide(Cy) in rabbit( intraperitoneal injection 60 mg/kg for 7 consecutive days). Two days after the completion of the model, the treatment groups received herbal cake-separated moxibustion and moxibustion (total 10 times, qod. ), respectively. The abdominal vein blood was collected after the treatment was finished, and the levels of IgG, IgM, C3 and C4 were tested. Results Compared with the blank group, the levels of IgG, IgM and C3 of model group were significantly lower( P 〈 0.01 ). After the treatment, The level of IgG changed obviously, and the difference was significant as compared with blank group and model group ( P 〈 0.01 ). The changes of IgM and C3 level were also significant( P 〈 0.01 ) as compared with model group. For moxibustion group, the levels of IgG, IgM and C3 changed significantly as compared with model group( P 〈 0.01 ) , the level of C3 was lower than blank group (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Different moxibustion have obvious influence on improving immunosuppressive state by cyclophosphamide in rabbits. The effect of Herbal cake-separated moxibustion is better than moxibustion, which indicates a synergistic effect between herbs and moxibustion.
