Multi- functional and opening Enterprise's supply and demand network (SDN) is an enterprise management model which evolves dynamically under on - linear complicated environments system. Its evolution is chaotic. The graph theory is employed in this paper to measure the complexity of SDN structure by the reached route count of modes in SDN. It provides the method of confirming the greatest information entropy of SDN system. A dynamic model of SDN system is set up to study the non - linear evolution law of SDN system. This research offers a theoretical reference to the further study of the SDN system. The chaotic evolution of SDN system also maps enterprise's non - linear growing process.
