The agricultural pollution status, causes and harms are analyzed. The connotation and characteristic of agricultural circular economy, its function and mechanism in agricultural emission reduction are expounded. The mode of developing agricultural circular economy is a necessary way to promote agricultural emission reduction and implementation of agricultural sustainable devel- opment are presented in this paper.
