ERP系统的实施是大中型煤炭企业信息化战略的一项重要内容,有效地促进了煤炭企业运行效率的提高。大中型煤炭企业ERP的实施绩效受到一系列因素的影响,实证研究表明,在我国大中型煤炭企业ERP实施过程中,"一把手"战略、总体控制、客户关系管理、管理机制创新与IT基础平台建设等要素产生了积极的效应,而业务流程重组与员工职业培训要素没有产生实质性的功能。
The implementation of ERP system is important for the informatization of large and medium-sized coal enterprises in China,contributing to the promotion of their efficiency.ERP implementation in large and medium-sized enterprises is affected by a series of factors.This empirical study finds that,the "company head" strategy,overall control,customer relationship management,management innovation and IT platform construction have a positive effect on ERP implementation,while the business process reengineering and staff training don't have a substantial function.
